It was an amazing experience. Great holiday for the family. The friendliest staff I have ever met. I stayed 6 nights here and got to know all the staff members that work at the restaurant and Bar. Yu, Aot, Mr. Pai, Keng, Ploy and Som all made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. It was always a pleasure to go to our breakfast buffet and dinner. The pool and beach are beautiful. Anything we needed the staff were more then happy to accommodate.

From our arrival at 10 am to our 14 day stay we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were met at reception and given an early check-in, our room was an Executive sea view on the 7th floor. The room was amazing, with a rose petal welcome lying on our bed and a fruit platter plus 6 free bottles of water. We had cocktails at the Sunset Lounge every evening with amazing sunsets. The staff were all fantastic, we couldn't fault any of them. Pai our head waiter, Janya at breakfast, Bow at reception and Nareenart at both locations were all amazing Matt at the beach bar was extremely helpful thanks to ye all for making our stay a memorable one. The housekeeping staff were also first class ,our room was made up promptly and cleaned as soon as we left for breakfast. Thanks also to Simon GM for an amazing experience and keeping such loyal staff for decades. We couldn't fault anything. We can't wait to return again soon Margaret Rigley

Great music, just a great place to hangout on the beach chill vibe, friendly staff (Mr. Kasper & Ms. Patty) The food is delicious, the view is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing. Love it! The pool and views are lovely and the food was delicious! Great service, I’ll be visiting again soon

Mong is a very helpful staff. He helps us to move to more comfortable space at breakfast room. And offer us some preferable iced coffee. He’s full of service mind.

Great new and clean rooms, very nice breakfast offering and fantastic service. The staff is always very eager to help and provides a great service mind. Beach Club is also very unique and offers great sunset views. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Pattaya
